I have forgotten my password

Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page. If the reset email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then write to us.

I need an account

Accounts are created by the administrator of your organisation's workspace. Ask them first — they can add you and set your permissions in a moment.

My submissions will not upload

Open the Outbox in the app: each queued submission shows why it failed. Nothing is lost while it sits there — it will go up as soon as the problem is fixed. If the reason is not clear, send us a screenshot of it.

I want my account or data deleted
